Delivery areas and fees
- Motorbike Delivery - Nairobi CBD - KES 150 (same-day style delivery within Nairobi CBD)
- Motorbike Delivery - Greater Nairobi - KES 250 (within greater Nairobi)
- Motorbike Delivery - Outside Nairobi - KES 500 (outside Nairobi; final fee may be confirmed on dispatch)
How it works
- Add items to your cart on softwave.co.ke
- Go to checkout and choose Pay with M-Pesa or send a WhatsApp enquiry
- Select your motorbike delivery area and share a clear delivery address / landmark
- We confirm stock and dispatch your order by motorbike
Delivery notes
- Orders are typically fulfilled Monday to Saturday. Sunday orders are usually delivered on Monday.
- Please keep your phone reachable so the rider can find you quickly.
- Delivery timing depends on order volume, traffic, and your area.
- If an item is unavailable, we will contact you before dispatch.
